Matching Funds
Corporate Matching Funds programs are an excellent way to maximize donations to GRMS Ed Fund. Many companies, big and small, will match your donation and if both parents' employers match, you can potentially triple your family's donation made to GRMS Ed Fund!
Suggested Steps:
1. DOES YOUR COMPANY MATCH? Check Matching Gifts or check with your HR department to see if they would consider matching your gift.
2. INQUIRE HOW TO SUBMIT A CLAIM. Corporate matching programs differ from company to company, but typically, you make your donation, then submit a request to your company (using your receipt as proof of your donation). To get a receipt for your donation, please go to Gale Ranch Future Fund registration system and print your receipt into PDF format.

Typically you will need to provide the following information to your employer:
- Copy of receipt
- To get a receipt for your donation, please go to Gale Ranch FutureFund registration system and print your receipt into PDF format
- Organization Name: GRMS Education Fund
- Tax ID: 26-2286399
- IMPORTANT: When searching for GRMS Education Fund, be sure to search by our Tax ID number (also known as EIN number) and not by name (see note below for explanation)*

If you have already submitted a request to your company, please email us at grms.edfund@gmail.com so we can track the status of corporate match funds.
*Note: when entering our tax ID number, it may come up as San Ramon Valley Education Foundation. Do not panic. As an affiliate of SRVEF, we are listed under the SRVEF general exemption number (GEN) which allows us to operate at a 501c3. Because of this, on occasion, our tax id is listed as SRVEF and not GRMS Education Fund . We are a separate entity and funds will be directed to GRMS Ed Fund. Our tax ID number is registered with the IRS and the CA Secretary of State as GRMS Education Fund.
