Incoming 7th graders:

Please note that all students entering 7th grade also require proof of an adolescent whooping cough booster shot (Tdap) and varicella (chicken pox) before starting school.

NEW STUDENT ENROLLMENT

Current School Year: Enrollment for the 2024-25 school year is open. To enroll a student, complete an online enrollment application and then contact the Registrar. The first day of school for the 2024-25 school year is August 14, 2024.

2025-26 Enrollment for Grades 1-12 will open on February1, 2025.

TRANSCRIPT & SEMESTER GRADE REPORT

Semester grades are the official grades posted to student transcripts. Additional Progress and Quarter grades are also available.

All grades are available after the close of each term on the Infinite Campus Parent Portal.

Parents/Guardians can access and download the reports while students are enrolled at Gale Ranch Middle School.

WITHDRAWAL PROCESS

Students leaving or transferring from Gale Ranch Middle School to attend another school must follow the withdrawal process by completing the un-enrollment form and returning all library and text books. Please complete and submit the un-enrollment form. Upon receipt of the form, we will verify the information and process your request.
