To enroll a student, complete an online enrollment application and you will be contacted with next steps. If you have more than one new student to enroll, please include all new students in one enrollment application.

Immunization Requirements

Incoming 7th graders:

Please note that all students entering 7th grade also require proof of an adolescent whooping cough booster shot (Tdap) before starting school. Submit Vaccination Reports to the registrar by email at bharapanahalli@srvusd.net.

TRANSCRIPT & SEMESTER GRADE REPORT

Semester grades are the official grades recorded on a student’s transcript and are available through the Infinite Campus Student or Parent Portal after each term concludes.

Current GRMS students and parents can access and download transcripts by logging into Infinite Campus Student or Parent Portal. We encourage to download and save a copy of the transcript at the end of each semester for your records.

TRANSCRIPT REQUESTS

Current and former GRMS students can request transcripts using the GRMS Transcript Request Form.

Transcript orders are processed in 24-48 hours.

WITHDRAWAL PROCESS

To UN-enroll from Gale Ranch Middle School, please complete the Student Un-Enrollment Form.

1. Return any textbooks. Books borrowed from the textbook room / library.

2. Return Technology- Chrome book/ Hotspot etc.

Once the Registrar receives this form, the withdrawal process will begin and typically takes 24 hours. The Registrar will then follow up with the new school to transfer the complete academic file upon receipt of a records request.
